An additional £30 per week (£50 for the Christmas / New Year period) is charged to cover electricity. |

Bookings commence at 2pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10am on the day of departure. |

A 25% deposit is requested, with the balance (including the electricity deposit) due two weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Provisional Bookings are held for 7 days pending the receipt of the 25% deposit and booking form. All payments, with the exception of the electricity deposit, are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We regret that dogs are not accepted & smoking is not allowed. |
